I have a herniated disk in my lower back, and I could see I was losing strength and muscle, so I decided to seek out a trainer. I was partnered with Vincent and he was great. We discussed my goals and talked a lot about what movements strain my lower back, and from there he developed a plan.

Working with Vincent I became stronger and put on a lot of muscle. He was always checking in with me to see if any movements caused discomfort in my lower back and was overall very conscientious of my issue and easy to work with. I started with a goblet squat of 10 lbs and by the time I had to move out of state for work, I was doing 45 lb goblet squats. Great progress and no pain in my lower back!

I greatly enjoyed my experience with Vincent and miss it. He is very knowledgeable, motivating, and aware of his clients’ needs. I recommend him! If you want to improve mobility and movement, or change your body, get going!
